Responsibilities

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for department support and knowledge in all aspects of the responsibilities of a assigned department

Essential Duties:

· Use radio frequency or picking, receiving, and storing function, as required.

· Check contents of orders picked and assembled by the order pickers.

· Compare the quantity, quality, labeling and address with the customer’s order to ensure that outgoing shipments are complete and correct.

· General Business support function as assigned.

· Assures correct piece count, quality of product and correct shipping information.

· Able to operate all warehouse equipment.

· cross trained and can work in multiple warehousing functions or shifts.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, equivalency certificate or significant relevant or appropriate working experience.

· Approximately 5 years of service as a Warehouse Worker or Warehouse Checker.

· Demonstrates expert knowledge in all aspects of the warehouse.

· To be promoted into this position, an employee must score a 3 or higher on their Performance Evaluation during the last two years of service
