About this role
CWF Restoration is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Water Mitigation Estimator to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of restoration estimating and insurance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of residential and commercial water damage losses.
- Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate.
- Communicate effectively with property owners, insurance carriers, adjusters, and internal team members.
- Develop scopes of work and ensure projects are properly documented.
- Monitor job progress and update estimates as needed.
- Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the restoration process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Xactimate.
- Experience in the restoration industry is preferred but not required.
