About this role
Intertek, Multinazionale Leader nel settore ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection, Certification), è alla ricerca di un Welding Inspector per un importante progetto Oil & Gas in Sardegna, Porto Canale (CA).
La risorsa individuata è responsabile del controllo, monitoraggio e verifica delle attività di saldatura, assicura che tutte le operazioni di saldatura, i materiali utilizzati e i procedimenti applicati rispettino i codici internazionali (ASME, AWS, API, ISO, ecc.) e le specifiche del cliente.
ResponsabilitĂ :
- Supervisionare e ispezionare tutte le attivitĂ di saldatura in officina e/o in campo (onshore/offshore).
- Verificare la corretta applicazione delle procedure di saldatura (WPS, PQR, WPQ).
- Controllare la qualifica dei saldatori e degli operatori secondo gli standard applicabili.
- Effettuare ispezioni visive (VT) e coordinare le prove non distruttive (NDT) come RT, UT, MT, PT.
- Revisionare e approvare documentazione tecnica, report di saldatura, log NDT e dossier finali.
- Collaborare con il reparto qualità e l’ingegneria per la risoluzione di non conformità (NCR) e la definizione di azioni correttive.
- Garantire il rispetto delle norme HSE durante tutte le attivitĂ di saldatura.
- Partecipare a riunioni tecniche, audit e verifiche ispettive interne o con il cliente.
- Diploma tecnico o laurea in ingegneria meccanica, dei materiali o equivalente
- CSWIP 3.1 o certificazione tecnica equivalante
- Qualifiche NDT (VT, MT, PT, UT, RT) preferibilmente secondo ISO 9712
- Almeno 8-10 anni di esperienza nel settore Oil & Gas, di cui almeno 5 in ruoli ispettivi di saldatura.
- Esperienza su progetti EPC, pipeline, strutture offshore o impianti di processo.
