We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Store and Inventory Coordinator, specializing in managing network equipment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our network infrastructure by efficiently managing the inventory of network equipment and providing support to the technical team.Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage inventory of network equipment including routers, switches, and cables.
Coordinate equipment deployment and distribution for various projects.
Facilitate equipment returns, repairs, and warranty claims.
Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports on inventory status.
Identify and implement process improvements for inventory management.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field.
Proven experience in inventory management, preferably in a technical environment.
Ability to operate a forklift; possession of a valid forklift certification will be an advantage.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
