Chef de Partie - 4 day working week
Salary up £26k
We are seeking a Chef de Partie for a prestigious and iconic members club in Central London. This award winning property is known for its outstanding commitment to culinary excellence. This role typically involves working 8 shifts over four days with Sundays off plus 2 other days.
The Chef de Partie for this position will have a stable background in at least a 2 Rosette or Michelin star Restaurant. Working under the direction of the Head Chef you will be creating classical cuisine using only the freshest seasonal ingredients of the highest quality.
As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for managing your section and be able to work well on your own initiative. Applicants for this role will need to have at least 1-2 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie/Demi and be both passionate and willing to learn.
