Principales responsabilités :

  • Coordination du recrutement : Soutenir le processus de recrutement en coordonnant les entrevues, en affichant les postes, en planifiant les rencontres, en assurant les communications avec les candidat(e)s et en prĂ©parant la documentation d’embauche telle que les offres d’emploi et les ententes de confidentialitĂ©.
  • Accueil et intĂ©gration : Coordonner le processus d’accueil et d’intĂ©gration afin d’assurer une expĂ©rience positive et fluide aux nouveaux(elles) employĂ©(e)s, incluant la documentation, les demandes d’accĂšs aux systĂšmes, les horaires d’intĂ©gration et les suivis.
  • DĂ©parts d’employĂ©(e)s : Participer aux processus de dĂ©part des employĂ©(e)s, incluant la gestion de la documentation, la coordination des accĂšs systĂšmes, le suivi des Ă©tapes de dĂ©part et le maintien de dossiers Ă  jour.
  • Gestion des donnĂ©es employĂ©(e)s : Maintenir des dossiers employĂ©s prĂ©cis et Ă  jour tout en assurant les mises Ă  jour dans les systĂšmes RH et le suivi des approbations nĂ©cessaires.
  • Politiques et procĂ©dures RH : Soutenir le maintien et l’organisation des procĂ©dures, modĂšles, dossiers employĂ©s et documentation interne afin d’assurer la cohĂ©rence et la conformitĂ© des opĂ©rations RH.
  • Soutien Ă  la paie : Participer Ă  la prĂ©paration et Ă  la validation des donnĂ©es de paie afin de soutenir un traitement prĂ©cis et ponctuel de la paie en collaboration avec l’équipe Finance et les fournisseurs externes.
  • ÉvĂ©nements RH et expĂ©rience employĂ©(e) : Coordonner diffĂ©rentes initiatives RH et activitĂ©s d’engagement contribuant Ă  la culture d’entreprise et Ă  l’expĂ©rience employĂ©(e).
  • Soutien administratif et opĂ©rationnel : Offrir un soutien administratif quotidien Ă  l’équipe RH et contribuer Ă  divers projets RH, rapports et tĂąches opĂ©rationnelles.



Ce que vous apportez Ă  l’équipe :

  • DiplĂŽme universitaire ou collĂ©gial en ressources humaines, administration des affaires ou domaine connexe.
  • 1 Ă  2 annĂ©es d’expĂ©rience dans un rĂŽle de coordination RH, d’administration RH ou de soutien aux opĂ©rations RH.
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais, avec de solides aptitudes en communication Ă©crite et orale.
  • Excellentes habiletĂ©s organisationnelles et capacitĂ© Ă  gĂ©rer plusieurs prioritĂ©s dans un environnement dynamique.
  • ExpĂ©rience en coordination d’entrevues, d’activitĂ©s d’intĂ©gration et de documentation employĂ©(e).
  • Connaissance des plateformes HRIS (idĂ©alement BambooHR) et des outils de gestion de flux de travail ou billetterie tels que Jira.
  • Grand souci du dĂ©tail et capacitĂ© Ă  gĂ©rer des informations confidentielles avec professionnalisme et discrĂ©tion.
  • ComprĂ©hension de base des normes du travail et des meilleures pratiques RH au Canada.



Qualifications souhaitées :

  • ExpĂ©rience dans un environnement rapide, multisite ou international considĂ©rĂ©e comme un atout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Coordination: Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, posting job openings, scheduling meetings, communicating with candidates, and preparing hiring documentation such as job offers and confidentiality agreements.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a positive and seamless experience for new employees, including documentation, system access requests, onboarding schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Offboarding: Assist with employee offboarding activities, including documentation, system access coordination, exit process tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation while ensuring timely updates in HR systems and proper approval tracking.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Support the maintenance and organization of HR procedures, templates, employee files, and internal documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Payroll Support: Assist with payroll preparation and data validation to support accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with Finance and external providers.
  • HR Events and Employee Experience: Coordinate HR initiatives and employee engagement activities that contribute to company culture and employee experience.
  • Administrative and Operational Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and assist with ongoing HR projects, reporting, and operational tasks.



What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in an HR coordination, HR administration, or people operations support role.
  • Bilingual in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, and employee documentation.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (preferably BambooHR) and workflow or ticketing systems such as Jira.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Basic understanding of employment standards and HR best practices in Canada.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting a fast-paced, multi-site, or international environment is considered an asset.
  • Exposure to payroll coordination or benefits administration is an advantage.
  • Experience assisting with employee engagement initiatives, HR events, or internal communications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR reporting, audit preparation, or compliance documentation is considered an asset.
