Intertek, principale realtĂ internazionale di servizi ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification), ricerca un Document Controller per supporto a un importante progetto industriale con sede a Bergamo.
La risorsa, anche con esperienza minima nel ruolo, si occuperĂ della gestione, tracciamento e archiviazione della documentazione tecnica di progetto, garantendo correttezza, aggiornamento e distribuzione controllata verso stakeholder interni ed esterni.
ResponsabilitĂ principali:
- Gestione e aggiornamento del registro documentale di progetto
- Archiviazione e controllo qualitĂ della documentazione tecnica in ingresso/uscita
- Supporto nella distribuzione documentale verso clienti, fornitori e team di progetto
- Verifica conformitĂ documentale rispetto a procedure e standard aziendali
- Interfaccia con con gli altri dipartimenti per il flusso informazioni
- Buona conoscenza di italiano e russo (scritti e parlati), nonché dell'inglese
- Buona padronanza di Excel e strumenti di gestione documentale
- Gradita esperienza pregressa presso realtĂ industriali/oil and gas
