About this role
Intertek, principale realtà internazionale di servizi ATIC (Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification), ricerca un Process Specialist– Produzione Industriale per un progetto della durata di più di un anno nel settore delle energie rinnovabili.
La risorsa sarà inserita in un’importante realtà industriale impegnata nello sviluppo di progetti fotovoltaici di ultima generazione nell’area di Catania.
AttivitĂ principali
- Eseguire verifiche e controlli sulle linee produttive;
- Monitorare la corretta esecuzione dei controlli previsti in produzione;
- Analizzare anomalie, deviazioni e non conformitĂ di processo;
- Supportare l’identificazione e il monitoraggio delle azioni correttive;
- Redigere report tecnici e documentazione di monitoraggio;
- Collaborare con Produzione, QualitĂ e Process Engineering per il miglioramento delle performance di linea;
- Verificare l’applicazione delle procedure operative e qualitative;
- Supportare le attivitĂ di continuous improvement e problem solving operativo.
- Esperienza pregressa in contesti produttivi industriali;
- Esperienza in attivitĂ di controllo qualitĂ , monitoraggio processi o produzione;
- CapacitĂ di analisi delle problematiche produttive e gestione non conformitĂ ;
- Buona conoscenza della reportistica tecnica e del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel);
- FamiliaritĂ con procedure, standard qualitativi e attivitĂ di audit/process control;
- Attitudine pratica e orientamento al problem solving;
- Buona capacitĂ di lavorare in team e interfacciarsi con reparti produttivi.
Costituiscono un plus:
- Esperienza in ambito manufacturing strutturato (pharma, elettronica, automotive, food, metalmeccanico, semiconduttori, packaging);
- Conoscenza ISO 9001;
- Esperienza con CAPA, root cause analysis, KPI di produzione, Lean Manufacturing o Continuous Improvement;
- Conoscenza Power BI.
Attività full-time: 5 giorni su 7, lunedì-venerdì
Orario: 8 ore giornaliere
Durata progetto: 1-2 anni con possibilitĂ di proroga
