About this role
We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with experience with cerebral palsy in a home setting (patients are wheelchair bound)
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home
- Monitor vital signs and overall health status
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist with feeding, mobility, positioning, and personal care
- Support respiratory care, G-tube care, suctioning, or seizure monitoring if applicable
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with family and healthcare providers
- Encourage comfort, engagement, and developmental support
Qualifications
- Current RN or LVN/LPN license in good standing
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with cerebral palsy, feeding tubes, tracheostomy, or seizure care is a plus
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Ability to work independently in a family home environment
