JOB OVERVIEWĀ
As a technology-driven organization, we are looking for anĀ HRĀ Operations SpecialistĀ who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments. With at leastĀ 5 years of experience, you will play a critical role in scaling our culture, streamlining operations, and supporting our mostĀ valuable asset: our people.Ā
This role is a blend of strategic partnership and hands-on execution, ideal for someone who enjoys the "build" phase of a company. In this role, youĀ arenātĀ just processing paperwork; you areĀ helping to buildĀ the infrastructure of a growing company. You will have theĀ abilityĀ to implementĀ new ideasĀ and the opportunity to influence the long-term talent strategy.Ā
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESĀ
Employee Lifecycle Management:Ā Lead the end-to-end experience for employees, from seamless onboarding to impactful offboarding, ensuring a high-touch experience at every stage.Ā
HRIS & Data Integrity:Ā Manage andĀ optimizeĀ our HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to ensure data accuracy, generate insightful analytics, and automate manual workflows, including:Ā
- MaintainingĀ employeeĀ filesĀ
- Ensuring HRIS data entry accuracyĀ Ā
- Managing auditsĀ
- Supporting reporting cycles (e.g., EEO, ACA, etc.)Ā
Employee Relations:Ā Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing coaching on performance management, conflict resolution, and career development, including:Ā
- Ā Running performance review cyclesĀ and trackingĀ completionĀ
- Managing documentation and HRIS workflowĀ
Total Rewards & Benefits:Ā Administer competitive benefits programs andĀ assistĀ with compensation benchmarking to ensure weĀ remainĀ an employer of choice in the tech talent market.Ā Support payroll operations, includingĀ
- Submitting payroll changesĀ
- Reviewing payroll accuracyĀ
- Managing employee payroll inquiriesĀ
Compliance & Policy:Ā MaintainĀ and update the Employee Handbook and internal policies to ensure compliance with local and federal labor laws, includingĀ but not limited to:Ā
- EEO-1 reportingĀ
- State new hire reportingĀ
- Iā9 managementĀ
- WorkerāsĀ Compensation coordinationĀ
- Culture & Engagement:Ā Partner with leadership to design and execute initiatives that foster inclusion, boost morale, andĀ maintainĀ a high-performance culture in a remote setting.Ā
QUALIFICATIONSĀ
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the technology, SaaS, or high-growth startup sectors.Ā
- Bachelorās degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Ā
- SHRM-SCP, or PHR designation is highly preferred.Ā
- AdvancedĀ proficiencyĀ with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, UKG, Workday) and modern collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).Ā
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.Ā
- A proactive approach toĀ identifyingĀ "friction points" in the employee experience and proposing scalable solutions.Ā
