$5/hr Evening Differential
$7.50/hr Night/Weekend Differential
The Interventional Lab RN delivers specialized care and treatment to patients undergoing interventional/vascular procedures. The staff is on-call for off shifts/weekends as scheduled. Staff must be able to respond to the hospital's call and be at the hospital in 20 minutes.

Responsibilities
- Able to take call based on "on-call" policy.
- Strong EKG rhythm interpretation skills.
- Ability to provide leadership in Emergency or Code Blue roles.
- Maintain ability to perform in an assertive yet supportive manner when functioning with physicians in the procedural setting.
- Maintain knowledge of patient equipment and therapeutic modalities utilized in the Cath Lab.
- Maintain knowledge of medications and conscious sedation used in the Cath Lab.
- Complies with department policies regarding appropriate sterile technique and radiation safety.
- Participate in education, community activities and performance improvement projects.
- Oversees maintenance and provides troubleshooting of equipment.
Qualifications
- RN License in Iowa or compact state
- Experience in critical care, telemetry and/or cardiovascular required.
- BLS and CORE certification
