Advocate aims to reduce long wait times and bureaucratic obstacles of the current government benefits application process by developing a unified intake system for the Social Security Administration, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, crossed with the knowledge and experience of our small team of EDPNA’s and case managers.    We are seeking a Claims Assistant to play a key role in ensuring smooth case management and operational support at Advocate. In this position, you will handle a variety of important administrative tasks, from managing incoming communication to scheduling appointments for case managers. You’ll ensure that our administrative processes flow efficiently, contributing directly to the success of our mission.
