This role sits within our Product, Data & Technology (PDT) team and focuses on building and scaling applied production machine learning systems. From recommendations and ranking to search and personalisation, your work will directly shape how millions of customers experience Moonpig. You’ll lead a team of machine learning specialists, owning the performance, quality and lifecycle of models in production. Alongside this, you’ll guide how we apply modern AI technologies, including generative AI and LLMs, in practical, high-impact ways across our products. As part of the wider PDT leadership team, you’ll influence roadmap decisions, shape investment priorities, and act as the senior voice for ML and AI across the Cards business.
