A high school diploma or equivalent is required. The candidate must have three months to five years related support experience in a Microsoft Windows environment and familiarity with personal computer hardware and software configurations. Certification in A+ and/or MCP and experience in supporting civil engineering (AutoCAD, Civil3D, ProjectWise) is a plus. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.
