Position Description: We are looking for a Structural  Bridge Engineer to strengthen and increase our footprint in the Transportation Market Segment in the Midwest and southern regions.  Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with an emphasis in structural engineering, a minimum of seven years of transportation structural/bridge design experience, a PE license and a current NHI Bridge Inspection certification (preferred). Familiarity with structural analysis and design of conventional and complex bridges is essential and experience in preparing MDOT, ODOT, or other DOT’s, and Local Agency bridge design packages is also required. Software experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation/Geopak/ORD as well as knowledge of AASHTO, AREMA, and DOT design standards are preferred. Excellent technical writing, organization and communication skills are essential. Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively  with others. A flexible hybrid-remote/office work schedule is available.
