Job Description:

We are looking for a 1 ā5 year PQE fee earner to join our Private Client team in Birmingham. The successful
candidate will be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive taking over an existing caseload which includes the
full spectrum of private client matters including:
ā¢ Will Preparation (simple through to more complex life interest and discretionary trusts)
ā¢ Estate Planning Advice
ā¢ Powers of Attorney
ā¢ Court of Protection Applications
ā¢ Probate and Intestacy Administration
ā¢ Advising the Elderly
ā¢ Trust Work
