Job Description

  • To uphold Raffles brand standards, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction across all F&B outlets.
  • To lead business planning, budgeting, cost control, and financial performance of the F&B Division.
  • To manage recruitment, training, development, and performance of the F&B team to build future leaders.
  • To coordinate daily operations, interdepartmental communication, promotional activities, and continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading F&B operations in luxury environments, with strong financial and business acumen.
  • Expertise in food and beverage trends, menu development, service excellence, and cost management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills to build high-performing teams.
  • Strategic, hands-on, and detail-oriented with the ability to drive continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
