The Opportunity

As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you’ll bring the Starbucks Experience to life by leading all aspects of store operations, driving strong financial results, and creating a welcoming Third Place at the heart of your community. Job Description

To be a Starbucks Store Manager

We'd love to hear from people with:

• Three years of progressive responsibility related experience, including one year of supervisory experience
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• The ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners
• Previous experience in store leadership roles, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
• Experience supporting store operations and contributing to financial performance
• Exposure to rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) reports
