Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity

With continued growth across the faculty, we seek to attract ambitious, collegial, and research-active academics with cross-disciplinary research interests in the adoption, management, and consequences of AI within and between organisations, who will light the path to new knowledge. Exploring how human–AI systems reshape decision-making, work design, and organisational capabilities, with a focus on responsible and inclusive digital transformation across individuals, teams, organisations, and inter-organisational ecosystems.

This opportunity also extends to those working on digital entrepreneurship and platform strategy, examining the creation, scaling, and governance of technology ventures and digital platforms. This includes how value is generated, captured, and distributed in data-intensive ecosystems, spanning growth pathways, ecosystem orchestration, and internationalisation through alliances and platforms. We are particularly interested in scholarship that connects governance, data practices, and organisational design with trust, learning, error recovery, and the distribution of benefits and risks, alongside responsible and inclusive value creation.

Successful applicants will also have the opportunity to be part of and collaborate with the Centre of Digital Enterprise (CODE).
