Job Description
To lead the portfolio teams who will Provide prompt and efficient administrative support services relating to the Property Leasing function which entails the Preparation, validation, signing of Leases, distribution to Landlords for signatures, ensuring return of signed copies of contracts and the ultimate safekeeping of the contractual documents according to legislation.
Qualifications
- A degree in Business Commerce, Real Estate or Law.
Experience Required:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of leasing professionals to foster capability building and operational excellence within the function.
- 5-7 years Real Estate Management experience in Drafting leases executing all administrative activities relating to the management of a property leasing portfolio as described above. Workable knowledge of industry / legal requirements relating to leasing property management or similar Business Environment.
- 5-7 years Business Support experience in managing large operational/ shared services areas that focus on efficiencies of delivery. Using technology, tools and tested methodologies or similar business environment.
- Validate and Sign Leases for ATMs, Branches & Non- customer facing entities and vet leases to ensure accuracy of clauses and terms and conditions.
