About You

You are a creative, proactive, and highly organized PX Intern passionate about supporting people-centered initiatives, internal engagement activities, and administrative processes. You enjoy collaborative environments where communication, creativity, and attention to detail are essential to delivering great employee experiences.

You bring a strong willingness to learn, contribute ideas, and support both operational and creative initiatives within the People Experience team. You are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, collaborating across teams, and assisting with multimedia content, internal campaigns, onboarding activities, and organizational coordination.

You thrive in dynamic environments where teamwork, adaptability, and innovation are highly valued. You are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow professionally while contributing positively to the employee experience at Applaudo.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies

• 4th or 5th-year university student in Communications, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Proficiency with design and video editing tools such as ClipChamp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles, including content structure, learning objectives, and multimedia learning practices.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative and creative tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• English proficiency (B1 or higher).

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to support the design and development of e-learning content, including storyboards, interactive modules, training videos, and scripts.
• Support localization and multimedia adaptation initiatives aligned with learning objectives and internal communication needs.
• Assist the People Experience team with administrative processes, PX initiatives, and internal campaigns.
• Coordinate with Branding, Procurement, and Marketing teams to support onboarding activities and internal events.
• Attend meetings, take meeting notes, and maintain project management tools and planners up to date.
• Provide logistical support for conference room reservations, events, and related coordination activities.
• Support operational and organizational tasks to ensure smooth execution of People Experience initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4th or 5th-year student in Communications, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Experience with design and video editing tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, ClipChamp).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• English proficiency (B1 or higher).
