Job Description
Au sein d’un établissement pour personnes âgées de standing (190 repas/jour) vos missions sont les suivantes :
- Réalisation des préparations culinaires avec des produits frais sous le respect des fiches techniques
- Contrôle de qualité de la prestation
- Service des repas
- Entretien du matériel de cuisine
- Garantir le respect des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité
Travail un week-end sur 2
Qualifications
- CAP / BEP Cuisine avec une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en cuisine. Vous avez de l’expérience en restauration traditionnel et vous maitrisez les normes HACCP. Vous disposez d’un réel esprit de service, êtes autonome et rigoureux.
Salaire : 2000€ brut /mois
+ Prime d’activité continue + Prime de service minimum = 91 euros brut par mois
+ 13ième mois à partir d’un an d’ancienneté
+ 15 RTT
