Job Description
We are seeking to employ a highly motivated person to join our company as a Lift Technician. Reporting to the Industrial Products Senior Manager, the selected candidate will essentially be expected to:
The ideal candidate will:
- Service and maintain elevators to meet required standards.
- Assist with electrical and mechanical installations, adjustments, and alignment.
- Test and commission escalators and hydraulic/traction elevators.
- Perform fault finding, repairs, and maintenance, including component replacements.
- Update reports and documentation for maintenance and works.
- Address client complaints and provide solutions with supervisor.
- Upgrade components/systems software as needed.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance as per manufacturer’s manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.
- Perform other relevant duties as required.
