Job Description

Overview:

Being a “customer first” company, Customer Support division is critical to Hoichoi. This team comprises of enthusiastic, passionate, fun-loving and highly communicative individuals who continuously work towards ensuring a great experience for Hoichoi users at all times. This is a high commitment role and you will fit right in if you believe in delivering the best of service experience and are passionate about Bengali entertainment.

 

Job Role:

Responsibilities

1.       Conversing with around 200 customers on calls on a regular basis

2.       Understanding customer issues and help resolve the same

3.       Check account status for customers

4.       Inform customers of current promotions

5.       Change a detractor to a promoter

6.       Retention and new customer acquisition

7.       Communicate any problems or issues to management for resolution

 

Qualifications

  • Who can apply

    1.       Can work in a rotational shift, dynamic environment

    2.       Are available for a 1-year contractual role

    3.       Can join on an immediate basis

    4.       Has a laptop

    5.       Are from Kolkata

    6.       Are available for an in-office full-time role

    7.       Are well conversant in English, Bangla, and Hindi

    8.       Have thorough knowledge about the Hoichoi platform

    9.       Eager to learn and help with the marketing and business development
