Position Overview

The Talent & Public Relations Lead is an experienced individual contributor responsible for coordinating and supporting recruiting efforts while representing the firm’s brand, culture, and community presence. This role works closely with candidates, firm leadership, clients, nonprofit leaders, and community organizations and operates with a high level of professionalism and judgment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting Committee by planning recruiting events, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate applicant tracking and recruiting metrics, and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring smooth and professional recruiting experience.
  
• Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and facilitate the firm’s internship program across all offices.
• Promote firm culture with new hires and first-year staff through intentional and consistent communication.
  
• Support Business Development Committee initiatives, including coordinating registration and attendance for sponsorship and networking events.
  
• Support the Spirit Committee in planning and organizing teambuilding events, primarily for the Tyler office.
  
• Represent the firm professionally at community, nonprofit, and networking events as assigned, supporting the firm’s public image and relationships.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  
• Experience working with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
  
• Experience in a professional services or relationship-based environment preferred.
