WHAT YOU’LL DO
 General
- Supervise, train, and mentor staff associates through review and feedbackÂ
- Manage multiple engagements and deadlines efficientlyÂ
- Communicate professionally with clients, managers, and engagement teamsÂ
- Ensure work is performed in compliance with firm standards
Availability in all practice areas:
Tax
- Prepare and review individual, trust, estate, partnership, S-corporation, and C-corporation tax returnsÂ
- Research complex tax issues and provide well-supported recommendationsÂ
- Serve as in-charge on tax engagements, including client communication and coordinationÂ
- Assist with tax planning opportunities and review deliverables prepared by staffÂ
Audit
- Lead audit and review engagements under the supervision of managers and partnersÂ
- Plan and perform audit procedures to meet engagement objectivesÂ
- Supervise and review audit fieldwork performed by staff accountantsÂ
- Prepare and review financial statements and related reportsÂ
- Identify issues and propose practical solutionsÂ
Client Accounting Services (CAS)
- Serve as in-charge on client accounting engagementsÂ
- Review general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial statementsÂ
- Supervise preparation and review of payroll, payroll tax filings, and reportingÂ
- Assist clients with accounting system issues and process improvementsÂ
- Support managers and partners with special projects and consulting engagementsÂ
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related fieldÂ
- Minimum 2+ years of public accounting experienceÂ
- CPA license preferred or eligibility to sit for the CPA examÂ
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environmentÂ
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, QuickBooks, and tax/audit software (Lacerte, CCH, etc.) preferredÂ
