About this role

Join one of the UK's fastest growing beauty tech businesses as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers helping them get the most from world-class beauty technology across CurrentBody Skin, ZIIP Beauty, and Tria Laser.

What you’ll be doing:

A detail oriented role for someone who enjoys investigation and resolution. As an Admin Advisor, you'll handle the more complex backoffice queries that require system access, fraud awareness and careful case management.

  • Investigate and resolve missing or failed payment queries.
  • Manage courier disputes, claims, and tracking escalations liaising with SEKO, FedEx, and DHL as required.
  • Review, flag, and action suspected fraudulent orders within the same business day.
  • Handle chargebacks and payment disputes accurately and within SLA.
  • Resolve Amazon queries routed via Dixa within the 24 hour SLA window.
  • Maintain accurate records of all admin cases for audit purposes.
  • Support other CS teams with admin heavy escalations requiring system access.

Skills, knowledge & expertise:

  • A background or genuine interest in the beauty and skincare industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail accuracy is critical in this role.
  • Comfortable working with back-office systems (order management, payment platforms).
  • A methodical, investigative approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous experience in an admin, operations, or CS back office role preferred.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple open cases simultaneously.
