The role
Our Customer Consultant is an engineer and a member of the Sales Division. On daily basis, you are always next to our clients, project based, since you’re responsible to answer any inquiries they have about our systems and the projects technical specs. In specific, you conduct static studies regarding the appropriate profile selection during the project’s designing phase, while also dealing with specialized designs. Communication & customer support is your second skin, and you actively collaborate with the sales department. The stakeholders you’re coming in touch with could be architects, private individuals, fabricators.

You are defined by your strong technical background, with a focus on detail, and a deep sense of responsibility. By putting requests in an order, and giving the best, engineering wise, consulting to the clients, you assist in making the project a reality.

You’re bringing with you

• University or TEI degree as an Architect/Civil/Mechanical Engineer (or anything similar)
• Previous experience with aluminum will be appreciated.
• Experience of at least 1-3 years in the construction industry
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD or other design softwares
• Very good knowledge of computers and the English language
• Organizational skills, consistency, confidentiality

Инженер проектант на дограми и фасади

Алумил е най-голямата фирмена група в Гърция в областта на производството на алуминиеви профилни системи и сред най-големите в Европа. Компанията разработва и произвежда екструдирани продукти от алуминий, базирайки се на 25 годишна традиция и на най-съвременните технологии на производство.

Описание на длъжността:
* Изготвя количествено-стойностни сметки на системните материали за изработка на дограми и окачени фасади;
* Поддържа контакти с крайни клиенти.
* Поддържа и непрекъснато разширява и актуализира познанията си за продуктовата гама на компанията, както и за фирмената търговска политика за да осигурява качествена поддръжка и съдействие както на ключови клиенти, така и на собствения търговски екип на фирмата.
* Изготвя и администрира технически спецификации към търговската документация- оферти.
* Изготвя необходимите отчети, справки и анализи за дейността си.

Изисквания:
* Адекватно на позицията Висше образование (строителен или машинен инженер);
* Предишен опит като проектант минимум 2 години;
* Много добри технически познания, компютърна грамотност (MS Office- Excel);
* Работа със специализиран CAD софтуер, LogiCal;
* Добро владеене на Английски език;
* Добри презентационни умения, умения за работа с клиенти;
* Комуникативност и умения за преговаряне;
