About this role
KG Law Firm, a leading and innovative Greek law firm, recognized as one of the largest and most prestigious multidisciplinary law firms in Greece, is looking for an IT Support Administrator to join its growing IT team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the digital backbone of one of Greece’s top-tier law firms and actively contribute to its ongoing digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-User IT Support
- Provide first-line and second-line internal IT support to employees
- Troubleshoot daily user issues across hardware, software, and connectivity
- Support users remotely and on-site with fast issue resolution
- Manage and resolve IT tickets within agreed response times
- Escalate advanced infrastructure or security issues when required
- User & Device Administration
- Set up new users (onboarding)
- Manage offboarding and access removal
- Configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devices
- Manage user permissions, passwords, and access rights
- Install and maintain software and updates
- Support printers, peripherals, and conferencing equipment
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, printers)
- Bachelor’ s degree in Information Technology,
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Administration
- Excellent command of English (Proficiency level).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors and stakeholders.
