About this role
- Bedienung und Überwachung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen (Siemenssteuerung)
- Selbstständiges Einrichten, Rüsten und Anpassen der Maschinen
- Fertigung von Präzisionsteilen im Bereich Schlüssel- und Schließtechnik
- Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke
- Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen
- Anleitung und Unterstützung neuer oder weniger erfahrener Mitarbeiter (perspektivisch)
Entwicklungsperspektive:
- Bei Eignung und Engagement besteht die Möglichkeit zum Aufstieg in eine Vorarbeiterposition
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Facharbeiter im Metallbereich (z. B. Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker o. Ä.)
- Erfahrung in der Bedienung von CNC-Fräsmaschinen
- Gute Kenntnisse im Maschineneinrichten
- Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
- Zuverlässige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und natürliche Führungskompetenz
- Idealerweise mittleres Alter mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
