Administration & Sales Support | Metroll Darwin (Pinelands)

Metroll Darwin is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Administration & Sales Support professional to join our Pinelands team.

Metroll is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of metal roofing, cladding, rainwater, structural, and fencing products, servicing both commercial and residential building industries. We offer a supportive team environment, flexible working hours, and a competitive salary.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day sales operations and delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handling counter and phone-based sales enquiries
  • Managing email and online customer enquiries
  • Supporting the external sales team with administrative tasks
  • Preparing, processing, and following up on quotes
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records
  • Receiving and processing payments for goods
  • Providing general sales and office support as required

About You

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook essential)
  • Pronto system experience advantageous but not essential
  • High attention to detail with strong accuracy and efficiency
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Positive, can-do attitude and team-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently once trained
  • Industry experience in building, construction, or steel (advantageous but not essential)
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday
