At Minerva we are excited to announce the Minerva Internship Program 2026. This program offers a unique opportunity for talented individuals to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in various departments within our company.

As an intern at Minerva, you can work alongside industry professionals and contribute to real-world projects. You will receive mentorship and guidance throughout the internship program to support your professional growth and development.

Internship positions are available in departments such as Technical, Crew, HSQ, Purchasing, Information Technology, and more. The program duration is flexible, ranging from 2 to 5 months, depending on the academic prerequisites of each faculty.

• Currently actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
• Native or professional-level fluency in the Greek language (verbal and written)
• Passion for the maritime industry
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks
• Eligibility for participation in an ESPA-funded internship program through the university (where applicable)
• Due to regulatory and administrative requirements, the internship can only be conducted through universities operating under the Greek higher education internship framework.
