Senior Marketing Videographer

OBDeleven is all about making car tech easy and accessible for everyone. For over 10 years, we’ve been building powerful yet simple diagnostic and customization tools for car lovers worldwide.

As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Videographer who will help tell the OBDeleven story through engaging video content across social media, campaigns, product launches, events, and employer branding.

This role is about turning ideas into content people actually want to watch — from short-form social videos to larger campaign productions.

What you’ll do:

• Film and edit video content for social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create product videos, feature walkthroughs, tutorials, and launch campaign content
• Produce employer branding content, including recruitment videos, event coverage, and culture-focused content
• Create video ads for paid campaigns, from concept to final delivery
• Film at events, trade shows, and product shoots, both locally and occasionally abroad
• Create motion graphics, animations, and other supporting visual content
• Build and maintain reusable video templates and editing presets to ensure consistency across channels
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, HR, and sales teams

We expect:

• +4 years of experience in videography, video production, or a similar role
• Strong portfolio across digital video formats
• Confident filming skills, including camera operation, lighting, and audio capture in both studio and on-location environments
• Strong video editing skills, including color grading and sound design
• Ability to create motion graphics and simple animations independently
• Understanding of social media content and what makes video perform across different platforms
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your video production workflow
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without compromising quality
• Proactive mindset with the confidence to suggest ideas, not just execute them
• Clear communication around priorities, timelines, and project progress
• Professional fluency in Lithuanian and strong spoken and written English skills.

Salary range   
Gross salary from 2400 – 4000 EUR/Month, depending on your experience
