- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.

- Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost assessment.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities for liaising with clients and contractors.
