- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in MEP coordination within the construction or building management industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and relevant codes and standards.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate various stakeholders effectively.
