Aureol Global Connections is currently hiring 4 skilled Pipework Riggers to join our dedicated team. Responsibilities
- Set up rigging equipment to lift and position pipework and related components as per project requirements.
- Inspect rigging equipment such as slings, chains, and hoists for safety and compliance prior to use.
- Collaborate with the Pipefitters and other trades to ensure seamless integration of pipework during installation.
- Adhere to safety standards and regulations during all rigging and lifting operations.
- Monitor lifting operations, making adjustments as necessary to ensure safe and accurate positioning of pipe sections.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting safety and efficiency on-site.
- Document rigging activities and report any issues or incidents in a timely manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in rigging preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in rigging, preferably in a construction or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of rigging techniques and safety practices related to lifting operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including rigging plans and load charts.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing job site conditions.
- Physical capability to perform the demands of the job, including lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and any additional relevant certifications in rigging and safety.
