Aureol Global Connections is seeking 2 experienced Pipefitter Supervisors to lead our skilled pipefitting team. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of pipefitters to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
- Review project specifications and blueprints to establish a clear understanding of installation requirements.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development and best practices.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
- Resolve any issues that arise during installation and maintenance activities promptly.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align on project goals and resource needs.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular safety meetings.
- Document project progress and provide reports to management as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in pipefitting is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pipefitter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong technical knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints accurately.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications in pipefitting.
