Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Educational Specialists, Psychologists, Counselors, and an ABA team, as well as a talented client support team all working together to provide exceptional services to children and families. Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct psychological and psychoeducational diagnostic assessments, while managing individual psychotherapy cases.
  • Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration, including group supervision sessions for counselors, graduate students, and postdoctoral fellows.
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder evaluations (ADOS2 experience preferred).
  • Deliver parent interventions and therapy for young children using evidence-based approaches (e.g., play-based modalities, PCIT experience a plus).
  • Develop quality treatment options tailored to the needs of children, adolescents, and families.
  • Maintain a broad range of evaluative competencies to assess and diagnose the cognitive, psychological functioning of the child, and in some cases, adults and families.

Requirements Include:

  • Doctoral or Master’s degree in Psychology.
  • North Carolina license.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Teamwork mindset with readiness to collaborate.
  • Reside in the Charlotte area or plans to relocate within the next three months.
