Position Summary:
We are seeking a responsible, observant, and customer-service-oriented Parking Enforcement Officer to ensure compliance with parking rules and regulations in designated areas. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in both indoor and outdoor environments. Available times include weekdays & weekends - morning, afternoon, or evening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor on-street and off-street parking areas to enforce posted regulations
- Issue citations for parking violations using handheld devices or ticketing systems
- Document and photograph violations accurately for recordkeeping
- Respond to parking-related inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
- Report damaged signs, broken meters, or unsafe conditions to management
- Work cooperatively with team members and other departments to support operations
- Maintain a strong presence and represent the company positively in public
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Prior experience in customer service, security, or enforcement preferred
- Ability to walk for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic familiarity with handheld devices, mobile apps, or ticketing systems
- Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow procedures consistently
Additional Details:
- Uniform and training provided
- Position may include weekends, evenings, or holiday coverage
- This role requires standing, walking, bending, and occasional lifting
Compensation:
Hourly wage: $18 / hr, plus Monthly Bonus Payouts (Avg. pay after bonus ranges from $21-24 / hr)
