Job DescriptionÂ
The Field Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for A&F Co.'s portfolio of brands. The Recruiter is focused on delivering high quality management talent to stores in their region through developing targeted attraction strategies, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience, and developing an expertise in talent evaluation. The field recruiter has a natural curiosity and leverages data and insights to drive hiring success. They are authentically able to share our unique employee value proposition with candidates and build strong relationships with our store managers and leaders. This person has a passion for our brands, culture, people and is a champion for bringing different perspectives to our A&F family of brands. Â
This position is based out of our Global Home Office in Columbus, OH, supporting stores across the Midwest Region.
What Will You Be Doing?Â
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for stores management roles from open role to onboardingÂ
- Develop new and innovative localized attraction strategies that drive the best talent to your supported marketsÂ
- Partner closely with Regional & District Managers to understand the talent strategy in your market and proactively deliver talent to open and anticipated roles. Â
- Network and build relationships with future talentÂ
- Partner with Regional, District and Store managers to align on open roles and desired profilesÂ
- Provide a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment processÂ
- Summarize and present candidate feedback and hiring recommendations to District ManagersÂ
- Leverage data and innovation to drive results, share industry knowledge and customer insights to fine-tune the processÂ
- Support Existing Stores & New Stores with continued training on Recruiting initiatives, tools, and processes.Â
- Spend time in stores weekly training the team on recruiting initiatives, tools and processes, conducting interviews and supporting a variety of other recruiting activities.Â
- Project manage and support ad hoc initiatives – employer branding, data & analytics, new store openings, etc.Â
- Required to travel in-market and beyond, up to 35% of the time, to attend local recruiting events, engage with key universities, provide training to supported markets, etc.Â
What Do You Need To Bring?Â
- Bachelor’s Degree or related experienceÂ
- 1+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or related experienceÂ
- Proven success in driving a talent acquisition strategy for the specific market Â
- Strong networking skills through both digital and in-person interactionsÂ
- Proven talent evaluation and selection skillsÂ
- Ability to develop a localized talent acquisition strategy, supporting the candidate journey end to endÂ
- Engaging personality with the ability to respond quickly and positively to change and ambiguityÂ
- A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brandÂ
- Successful track record in building and maintaining relationshipsÂ
- Proven ability to maintain a high volume of work with quality and speedÂ
- Extreme curiosity and desire to learnÂ
- Passion for recruitment technology and interest in driving future investmentsÂ
- Proven leadership experience and ability to thrive in team-based settingsÂ
