About the team/ Offering

Our Managed Services (AMS), Finance Technology, and global IT teams work together to support core controlling, costing, management accounting, and cost management processes. The team helps ensure stable SAP CO operations, accurate manufacturing and distribution costing, support for Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and forecasting activities, integration with Financial Accounting modules, and continuous process improvement across global SAP delivery environments.

About the Role

As a SAP CO Consultant – Costing, you will provide mid-level functional support for SAP Costing and Management Accounting processes within a Managed Services environment. You will support manufacturing costing, distribution costing, COGS, forecasting, financial planning, budgeting, analysis activities, integration with Financial Accounting modules, and operational excellence across SAP CO support processes.

What you will do

• Provide functional support for SAP Costing and Management Accounting processes within a Managed Services environment.
• Support manufacturing costing and distribution costing processes.
• Manage Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and forecasting activities.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis activities.
• Support integration with Financial Accounting modules.
• Resolve incidents, defects, and support inquiries related to SAP CO processes.
• Collaborate with business users on process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

Who you are

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-4 years of SAP CO / FICO experience.
• Strong experience in Costing and Management Accounting (CO module).
• Experience with White Collar / MOGE processes.
• Experience with distribution and transportation processes.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes.
• Experience in AMS / support environments.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Other Qualifications:

• Experience with planning and forecasting tools is preferred.
• Exposure to S/4HANA Controlling is preferred.
• Experience in global SAP delivery environments is preferred.
