About the team/ Offering

Our Managed Services (AMS), Finance Technology, and global IT teams work together to support a global Finance Technology landscape. The team helps ensure stable SAP Financial Services operations, compliance with internal controls and financial policies, timely resolution of production issues, and continuous improvement across SAP Financial Accounting processes.

About the Role

As a SAP FI Consultant – Financial Services (FSS), you will provide mid-level functional support within a Managed Services (AMS) environment supporting a global Finance Technology landscape. You will help maintain system stability, support SAP Financial Accounting processes, resolve incidents and service requests, and drive continuous improvement across financial operations.

WHAT YOU’ WILL DO: in this role your key responsibilities will be:

• Provide functional support for SAP Financial Services (FSS) processes within a Managed Services environment.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Banking, PCARD, and credit card solutions.
• Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and production issues related to SAP FICO and financial operations.
• Participate in period-end closing activities and financial reconciliation processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with global finance, IT, and business teams to deliver stable SAP operations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the AMS environment.

WHO YOU ARE

Basic Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of SAP FICO experience.
• Proven experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI), particularly Financial Services (FSS).
• Experience supporting AMS / Managed Services environments.
• Must have strong understanding of financial processes, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Banking, PCARD, and credit card solutions.
• Experience managing incidents, service requests, production issues, period-end closing activities, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong ownership, accountability, communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving, organization, and priority management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with global finance, IT, and business teams while supporting stable operations and compliance requirements.

Other Qualifications:

• Experience in global or regional SAP support environments is preferred.
• Exposure to S/4HANA environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes is preferred.
