About this role

Job Description Summary
  • Develop deep account and stakeholder understanding across pharmaceutical, healthcare, and institutional clients, including business objectives, engagement needs, and patient or HCP impact goals. Drive business development for healthcare events, contracted sales, and patient support programs by identifying client needs and designing tailored, value-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including marketing, medical, patient services, and commercial leaders, positioning the company as a trusted delivery partner.
  • Own and expand existing business by managing renewals, multi-year contracts, and upselling additional services across events execution, sales force deployment, and patient programs.
  • Lead solution shaping and proposal development, translating client requirements into commercially viable, compliant, and scalable proposals that ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless execution of events, sales programs, and PSP initiatives in line with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Monitor program performance and client satisfaction, proactively addressing issues and ensuring exceptional execution and long-term client loyalty.
  • Identify follow-on and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts by continuously assessing evolving client needs and program performance.
  • Anticipate healthcare market trends and competitor activity, proactively positioning innovative event formats, sales models, and patient-centric programs for maximum impact.
  • Represent the organization confidently in client meetings and presentations, delivering insights, recommendations, and post-program follow-up to strengthen partnerships and drive repeat business.

Required Background
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Medical or healthcare-related educational background, such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Patient Support Programs (PSPs)within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience working closely with pharmaceutical, healthcare, and institutional stakeholders, with strong understanding of patient journeys, HCP engagement, and compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, sell, and manage complex healthcare solutions, including patient programs, contracted sales, and event-based engagements.
