Job Description: Assistant Manager-Controls, Fire & Security Systems
Location: Easter India. Based out of Kolkata
Report to : Kinkar Maitra.
Responsible to: Service CFS Operation, AMC & LNM Execution & Generate Lead.
Department: East Controls Service
Job Purpose:
Serves customers by providing product and services and resolving product and service problems. Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
Key Technical Skills.
Technical Knowledge in Command and Control Centre, Integrated Security System like CCTV, access control, PA etc. Solution designing, Operations & Maintenance, Total Project Management.Knowledge in Networking, IT, IOT System. Detail knowledge in Software like Milestone, Awiros, Lenel, Data conduit concept.
Duties & responsibility’s
Operations & Maintenance of Command Control Center with all application software & IT & Network with CCTV & Access Control & PA system
Field level service representation.
LNM & Retrofit Project Execution on schedule time.
Breakdown call attend.
Manage agreed SLA.
Communicate with customer.
Maintain EHS safety as per company standards.
Lead generation of AMC, LNM & Retrofit.
Maintain ethics & integrity as per company policy.
Experience:
Minimum experience should be 8 to 10years in ISS system with all related hardware & Software.
Qualification:
Diploma/ B-Tech in Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science.
