What you will do:
As a Customer Service Specialist reporting to the Sales Manager in Ankara, you will take ownership of the end‑to‑end order administration and fulfillment cycle, ensuring a smooth, accurate, and customer‑centric process from order intake to final delivery. In this role, you will contribute to strengthening our customer relationships, supporting operational excellence, and enabling sustainable business growth within a high‑performing team culture.
How you will do it:
- Oversee the complete order processing value chain, serving both direct customers and our distribution network with consistency and precision.
- Engage with customers proactively, addressing inquiries and managing all sales order documentation with professionalism.
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to secure timely, compliant, and high‑quality order fulfillment.
- Ensure accurate and up‑to‑date data management within the ERP system.
- Act as the primary liaison for logistics operations, overseeing shipment coordination, transportation steps, and customs procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a solutions‑oriented approach.
- Monitor financial follow‑ups diligently, ensuring all transactions align with company policies and performance standards.

- Proven experience in customer service roles or as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong communication capabilities, with a focus on active listening, clarity, and customer orientation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, ideally SAP.
