STIVA 2 Quality Supervisor

We are looking for a STIVA 2 Quality Supervisor.

What will you do?

The STIVA 2 Quality Supervisor will oversee all aspects of quality operations within the designated manufacturing area, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain product excellence.

• Take ownership of quality assurance outcomes by establishing clear goals and maintaining accountability, ensuring all processes meet safety and regulatory standards.
• Address challenges proactively by focusing on critical aspects of quality management, streamlining workflows to eliminate obstacles, and supporting team efficiency.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular evaluations and candid discussions, implementing solutions that enhance product quality and reliability.
• Encourage collaboration and inclusivity within the team, valuing diverse perspectives to foster trust and collective success.
• Lead quality audits, validate processes, and conduct product inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Analyze quality performance data and oversee root cause analyses to implement corrective actions effectively.

What are we looking for?

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred:

• Certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with quality management systems and regulatory compliance processes.
• Proficiency in ERP and quality software tools.
