Job Description and Requirements
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and support Current and deferred tax calculations, Effective tax rate (ETR) analysis and forecasting, Valuation allowanceย analysisย and FIN 48 / uncertain tax positionsย
Reviewย international income tax provision componentsย in accordance withย ASC 740, including complex international tax regimes such as GILTI, Subpart F, and FDIIย
Cooperate withย Accountingย department to ensure proper recording of tax related journal entries and to helpย facilitateย monthly book closures.ย
Oversee the review of global transfer pricing documentation andย CountryโbyโCountryย (CbC) reporting, coordinating with external service providers to ensure compliance with OECD guidelines, local statutory requirements, and internal governance standards.ย
Prepare inter-company agreements and work with external auditors to ensure global transactions are at armโs-length standards.ย
Support OECD Pillar Two (Global Minimum Tax) compliance, including data collection processes, and quarterly and annual Pillar Two tax calculations in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external advisorsย
Assistย with foreign corporate governance regulatory requirements and filings.ย
Develop andย maintainย tax policies, documentation, and controls to support SOX and internal governance requirements.ย
Oversee the companyโs internal controls and regularly assess theย appropriateness of controls in place.ย
Lead or support special projects as needed, including M&A transactions and purchase accounting support, legal entity restructurings and integrations, accounting method changes and tax law impacts and process automation and system implementationsย
Qualifications
Bachelorโs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.ย
CPA, JD, and/or MSTย
8+ years of tax experience in public accounting and/orย withย a multinational corporate environment.ย
Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax, including FDDEI (FDII legacy), FTC, Subpart F, GILTI/NCTI, and BEAT.ย
Hands-on ASC 740 tax provision experience.ย
Experience with OECD Pillar Two / Global Minimum Tax and transfer pricing highly desirable.ย
Experience using AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to enhance productivity, analysis, and documentation.ย

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$139,000 and $209,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.ย
