Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a Business Support Agent to support KONE branch in France.
What will be your role?
In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of contracting processes and data administration.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Validate and enter billing data into the ERP system
Communicate effectively with your team and colleagues from different countries
Embrace the principles of LEAN in a continuous improvement culture
Your skills and qualifications:
Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas
Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and affinity for working with data
Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment
Aspiration to learn and develop
Team player with ability to work autonomously
English at B2 level
French language is an advantage.
Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel

Salary
From 1.400 EUR/month; Our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications.
