¿Qué hará?
Liderará un equipo de 4 técnicos de refrigeración industrial en campo, asignadores la ruta de servicios que deben ser atendidos, así como realizar la supervisión de dichos trabajos, con el objetivo de lograr la satisfacción del cliente. Incentivar y monitorear las ventas generadas por parte del equipo técnico.
¿Cómo lo hará?
Trabajarás en conjunto de la SOA para planificar la ruta de servicios así como el monitoreo de las ventas y temas administrativos derivados de las mismas actividades.
¿Qué buscamos?
Nivel superior concluido. Preferentemente Ingeniería mecánica
4 años de experiencia liderando equipos en campo
Conocimientos en: Refrigeración industrial con amoniaco (OBLIGATORIO)
Una persona con un alto nivel de compromiso, actitud positiva y con la habilidad de poder negociar con su cliente interno, así como con su equipo de trabajo.
Que tenga facilidad de palabra y de liderazgo.
