By joining our teams, you will be at the heart of our values.We are seeking an enthusiastic Technical Consultant Neurovascular to provide direct support in the operating room, facilitating technology implementation and helping medical staff fully leverage Medtronic products during neurovascular procedures.
In this role, you will work closely with medical professionals, building lasting relationships based on expertise and trust. Your ability to support and guide physicians will play a key role in the adoption of therapies and the achievement of successful patient outcomes through collaborative partnerships.
You will be cooperating with the sales and marketing team across Poland, operating within selected clinical centres.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Plan and implement support activities in coordination with customers, providing clinical and technical expertise through case support, product demonstrations, installations, and maintenance of company products.
- Develop a strong clinical knowledge base to engage in meaningful scientific discussions and identify opportunities.
- May provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
- Provides sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
- May make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
- Conducts on-site education and consulting and supports establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations.

Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
Minimum Requires a Baccalaureate degree (Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, Biology, or a relevant advanced qualification) and minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 1-3 years of experience. - Good English level minimum B2
- Strong technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks independently while also supporting broader team initiatives.
- Flexibility to accommodate varied work schedules, including occasional weekend work and a willingness to travel as required for the role.
